Our Music Director Matt Daniels was born and raised in Ft. Pierce, FL. He holds an Associate's degree in Music from Indian River Community College, attended Manhattan School of Music in New York City, a Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts in Vocal Performance from Florida Atlantic University.

"Broken Dreams," the new CD by Matt Daniels, our music director, features a full compliment of new, original contemporary Christian songs designed to enrich and enliven your worship experience and personal relationship with God. It is a mixed collection of gentle, driving ballads and happy Christian rock songs. We are certain you enjoy what you hear and are inspired to purchase a copy or download some songs for your personal and spiritual enjoyment!

Our music ministry is under the vibrant and talented direction of Matthew J. Daniels. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a Master of Arts in Voice from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton. He is currently working towards a PhD in Voice Science/Pedagogy also at FAU.

Upbeat, contemporary and worshipful, the music at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton exemplifies the joyful and faithful community life of the parish. Contemporary Catholic composers such as Bolduc, Booth, Maher, Angrisano, Talbot, Schutte and others are regularly heard at the parish.

Our choir continues to expand and always welcomes new members. Please consider sharing your God given musical talent with our community. Singers and instrumentalists are always appreciated and welcomed. The choir sings at the 10:00 A.M. Mass on Sundays and at the 7:00 P.M. Mass on Holy Days.

Are you interested in joining our full choir on Sunday mornings at 10:00 A.M.

Rehearsals are held on Wednesday nights from 7:00-9:00 P.M.  Rehearsal times may be extended during times of preparation for special liturgies (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Holy Days, etc.).  The choir reports to the church Sunday mornings before 10:00 A.M. Mass begins.  Please join us anytime!

 

How do you like to celebrate the Eucharist?  Because music plays a vital role in the liturgy, we want you experience God in the most comfortable and beneficial way possible.  Below is a guide to the music you may expect to hear at any of our weekend liturgies:

   

4:30 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.: Meditative, gentle, music with voice and piano only.

 

10:00 A.M.: Upbeat, joyful mixture of contemporary, traditional, and folk styles with full choir, drums, piano, violin, and guitar.

 

12:00 P.M.: Energetic, contemporary Christian rock songs and ballads with a small band of selected individuals.
